David is a native of California, having been born in San Francisco, and has lived locally for the past 50 years. David graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Management. David, happily married since 1986 and the father of two daughters (Jacquelynn and Lauren), understands the needs of his clients and concerns. In addition, he understands the schools, neighborhoods, as well as other considerations his clientele might have. Lastly, David enjoys helping others reap the same benefits by investing and selling of real estate. Committed to his family, David spends Friday’s (Family Day) away from his business with his wife Brenda Lynn and two daughters Lauren and Jacquelynn.
David is a member of the Monterey County Association of REALTORS® (MCAR), the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR), the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Outside of real estate, David supports EMQ Children & Family Services, Giaretto Child Sexual Abuse Treatment Program, Rotary and the Children’s Gaucher Research Fund.
